Fall season is the one where all the “big” new shows are presented to us in all their glory. Last year was painful, but this years there were some really good ones.
Starting by what’s my favorite so far; Once Upon a Time. The whole idea behind the story seemed so damn silly I almost didn’t watch it, but the pilot was sooo good. And all the five episodes so far are so adorable and better than anyone in their right minds would expect.
Then there’s Homeland, the best so far. Not my favorite, sure, but the thing is so damn perfect, I haven’t found a single flaw so far. Everything that has the potential to be one is too small to actually interfere. And that opening is fucking brilliant.

Suburgatory is the biggest surprise. Jane Levy is one of my favorite actress since the Pilot of the show. Then I realized she’s also one my favorite characters in Shameless US, Mandy. I hope she comes back in Season 2, by the way. Dallas, however, is the true star of the show. She steals every scene she’s in. Cheryl Hines is brilliant.
The one other new show I’m watching is New Girl, and although is cute and everything, is too ordinary, and could easily go off one’s watch list. Zooey Deschanel is nowhere as good as her sister.
